Where did you get your inspiration for this video?

"Todo ritual tiene su ritmo y por ende su musicalidad; así, los exorcismos de las tristezas han de llevar su propio soundtrack... Para salir de la melancolía, nada como una buena sacudida.

Translated-

Every ritual has its own rhythm and therefore its musicality; so, exorcisms sorrows have to bring your own soundtrack ... To exit the melancholy, nothing like a good shake.
