How did you come up with the idea for this video?

"I took a history of film class at my school when my teacher was teaching us about early soviet montage film-making.
The soviets had no money to spend on original works so they learned to cut up original Hollywood works in order to create their own visions. They used any film they could find and they would cut it up in this unique way that no one else was doing. I'd say that was my inspiration for the video. I wanted to try and create a soviet montage work in a way. I wanted to see if it was possible to make a music video by taking visuals someone else shot. In the end I created this Breakfast at Tiffany's video that I thought looked cool with the song.
